Project "Next Diversitat i Empresa"
This EU-funded program launched by the Government of Catalonia in 2022-2023 supported, only in its first year, over 1,200 SMEs in the design and implementation of DEI/EDI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) policies and strategic plans, as well as around 1,900 unemployed people in vulnerable situations, part of different historically discriminated groups, in their inclusion in the labor market.
As one of its regional managers (RTOs), Pau was able to have substantial influence on its implementation and on the methodology used to help and create inclusion for people in vulnerable situations.
The latest project I am working on is a Research and Development project at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) which, building on a growing alliance between public, private and social sector organizations, aims to develop a new Diversity and Inclusion Index for organizations and governments in a 3-year period. Based on my PhD, the project addressees the lack of solid diagnosis and monitoring tools at the avail of organizations and governments when promoting DEI/EDI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) strategies.
It will conclude with a solid new tool to be implemented in the initial phase by tenths of companies becoming part of the partnership by the moment. If your organization wants in, please do contact me!

Changemakers
Changemakers is a project aimed at supporting leaders with a story to tell and acting based on a sense of purpose, attain their goals, through coaching, mentoring and consulting services.
In the last couple of years, it has served as a platform for the coaching of over 40 different leaders from multiple industries, and the training of several leadership teams from over 10 organizations.
Sage Government Solutions
Started in 2016, Sage Government Solutions was Pau Castellví's brand providing consulting services to governments in different countries. Today, it is being reenvisioned in the framework of a project tailor-made to fit the needs of local and regional governments worldwide seeking guidance and consulting services while innovating and creating R&D partnerships.
